- BGBahareh GhiasiJul 17, 20211.0I was waiting for this appointment for 3 weeks and my dog is really in need of grooming. And because I couldn’t find her rabies records and they sent us back and didn’t get my dog in after 3weeks waiting and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. It’s the worst place and rudest people I have ever seen in my life, not friendly at all and extremely rude and not helpful.
- JCJL CDec 23, 20193.0Wow - usually love these guys but today they didn’t follow directions at all. Be very clear and careful because they do not do well on their own when busy. Dogs chin was unevenly shaved and around his nose is long - just terrible cut. And cut his nails with points- very dangerous for a jumper. Have to say - they did give us a credit for the misses - hope it’s better next time .
