An employee, visibly and literally physically pushed past my daughter to assist customers who arrived after us. This physical contact was entirely uncalled for, inappropriate, and stressful for my daughter. When I immediately brought this behavior to the attention of the manager and the employee was confronted. Their response was a dismissive shrug and a smirk, indicating a complete lack of remorse or accountability for having put their hands on a customer. I explicitly told the manager that there is absolutely no reason for an employee to make physical contact with a customer in this manner, particularly given my daughter’s circumstances. The lack of respect and professionalism from both the employee and the manager, whose subsequent reaction was to allow this disrespectful response, is deeply concerning.
