  The staff, customer service billing department are all horrible. They never contacted me to let me know, Not even a single text or email that there's a problem in processing the monthly payment. And when I went back to the hospital to make my pet's, appointment, that's when they told me there's something going on with the account, they asked me to call the billing department and billing department told me, oh, we are gonna transfer your call to collection since your accounted is in collections, now, that was the first time after 6 months that I knew that there's something wrong with the payment method. And when I paid everything only that's when they said oh The plan has been canceled since you didn't pay. it's ALL JUST A MONEY SCAM. Give your pet and yourself a huge favor by finding a better vet for your pet, and a good service your furry kids deserves.

  Wednesday my cat was playful, Thursday my other cat bit my Barnabas, Friday I took Barnabas to Banfield in Rockwall. Saturday my cat was dead. This place is a joke, this place is not a hospital, more like an In and Out burger joint. They should have never released my cat to me in his high elevated kidney function results. They checked in many pets in and not enough vets on board. Please don't take your beloved pets here or any of these locations. I reported DVM to the State. They refunded some of the money to me, but I lost more than money can buy.

  I love Banfield. It is easy to schedule an appt. Their team is efficient, knowledgeable and patient. My dog is quite calm when I leave her off and pick her up.

  We’ve been here twice and have NEVER seen the vet. The vet techs take our dog to the back to be looked at by the vet instead of the vet assessing him in the room. Super strange, and makes me wonder if a vet is even there at this location, as I’ve never experienced this at any other vet or Banfield.

  The staff is very helpful and kind. We had to go thru the loss of our 14yr old dog who had gone to Banfield since he was 6 weeks old. It was not easy but they understood the assignment and provided a safe caring environment for us to say goodbye 💔 😢 I never want to do that again but they have done a great job caring for my fur-baby all these years!!
