  I took my cat, Noche, to VetExpress on a Saturday night. It was kind of urgent because he had a wound on one of his legs, and was in a lot of pain. The place was about to close, but everyone there took the time to take care of my pet. No rush. From the lady at the front desk, to the nurse and the Vet, every one was polite, caring and professional. I went home relieved knowing that Noche was well taken care of.

  Even though my family and I had to make the incredibly difficult decision to say goodbye to our beloved Pitbull, Nala, I want to thank everyone at Vet Express for the compassion they showed us during such a painful time. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, patient, and understanding. They truly made a heartbreaking situation a little easier, both emotionally and financially. Every person involved treated Nala with care, dignity, and respect, and they made sure we felt supported through every step of the process. It meant a lot to us that they took the time to explain everything and allowed us to be there with her in a calm and comforting environment. While losing Nala will always hurt, we are grateful for the effort and kindness the team showed our family and for doing everything they could for her in the most compassionate way possible. Thank you for helping us say goodbye with love.

  After a horrible experience at another Vet ER, we brought our pup to these guys. We told them what he was experiencing and they did a full work up and complete exam. The Vet was wonderful. He was kind and patient and we could tell he cared about our fuzzy family member. At the end of the exam, the vet came in to go over the results. The X-rays showed no signs of degenerative disk or damage but was able to get to the bottom of our pets issue. We left with meds, a strict protocol for recovery, and a lot of information. I would highly recommend these guys in the case you have an after-hours issue with your pet. They were nice, receptive, and extremely helpful.

  I want to let everyone know how amazing this place is! The staff is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. My two-year-old pitbull had to have emergency surgery and they took very good care of him. I was worried and so stressed out and maxed out financially and they did everything they could to help. I am extremely grateful to the owner who is kind enough to give me a discount to help me stay within my budget. We almost lost our boy but now he is healing and getting better thank you so much Vet Express. Karen was amazing. Dr. Brown was amazing. The whole experience calmed my nervous system that was a mess thinking our dog wasn’t going to make it! This is a 30 minute drive away that is well worth it.
