  Absolutely disrespect and not loyal company. We have been members past 5 years and we did vaccination for our dog last month.We couldn’t groomed our dog because it didn’t show the expiration date on vaccine record. I came with 9 month pregnant women and they sent us back home !!! Extremely disappointed and the rude staff!!! Will NEVER go back!!!

  had an amazing experience at Petco today. The gentleman at the front desk who answered the phone was very helpful and patient when I called with questions about purchasing a tank for my aquatic turtle. He guided me in the right direction before I even arrived at the store. When I got there, Emma assisted me and she was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain everything I needed for my turtle and made sure I understood how to properly set up the tank and care for it. She also showed me how to sign up for rewards and helped me get a coupon, which I really appreciated. Emma went above and beyond by even helping me carry the tank out to my car. Her customer service was outstanding and she made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you to Emma and the front desk staff for being so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I truly appreciate the great service!

  My girlfriend and I regularly visit this location because we get our dog groomed by Steven, who is fantastic and always provides great service. Unfortunately, today was a completely different experience. My girlfriend used the self-wash station for a quick visit, and it turned into a very frustrating situation. The soap dispenser was barely working, and our dog was left wet and cold for over 30 minutes while waiting for an employee to bring soap. She had to move back and forth between wash stations trying to find one that worked properly. On top of that, the water would not drain. When Quad came to address the drain issue, he opened it with pliers without asking to move our dog or even ensuring the area was clear. He worked underneath our dog without any communication, which was extremely concerning and upsetting. Throughout the interaction, Quad treated my girlfriend disrespectfully. When we went to check out and requested a refund due to the issues, he argued with her. He asked for a receipt, and when she explained it was tied to her account but she did not have a physical receipt, he laughed at her. That behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be contacting the manager regarding this experience, as the level of service and treatment we received today was very disappointing. Quad is a disgusting Human to being treating someone with such poor attitude. If you cant be nice do not work in the retail industry.
