They were prompt, kind, and truly went out of their way to help us when our dog needed an urgent ultrasound. Every other clinic we contacted had long/unknown ER waits or told us it would be more than a week before they could get an ultrasound scheduled. Dr. Abdellah made sure we were taken care of right away, and that meant the world to us during this stressful time. The clinic team showed genuine care for our dog and for our situaton. They were efficient, understanding, and made sure we had answers quickly without sitting in a crowded ER waiting room for hours.
