Do not waste your time taking your animal here . The told us to come back and after we drove over a hr round trip to pick up our pet they denied performing one shot with 15 min left to be open . Lead “Lisa” clearly needs to work until they close instead of turning away customers beacuse they want to go home . kept getting different excuses on why they didn’t want to do there job. don’t waste your time and money coming to this clinic. seems they don’t care enough about the customer seems to reason that attitude would transfer to the pets STAY AWAY!

I understand you can't expect the same service at a vetco as an actual animal clinic. But I have never had a vet tech ask me to remove my pet from the crate for them. The staff seemed inexperienced with cats and the way they attempted to restrain her showed. I offered to assist in holding her down and was told to back off because I quote them "we should be able to hold her down ourselves". Understandable, they shouldn't require owner assistance ideally. But being told to take her out of her carrier for them and also being told to back off is confusing. My cat ended up escaping their hold and getting loose in store. I ended up catching her with little to no help from vet staff and simply left. My cat isn't usually fractious and I understand it's probably because I took her to a new vet. I did apologize to the staff as she never reacts this way and was told I should've just taken her to her usual vet in a rather blaming tone. I left there feeling like I was at fault for the entire incident. My cat was panting heavily and lost bladder control.
