I went here to get my dogs heartworm test done to be able to get the heartworm tablets, and my dog was a large breed that was anxious being at a vet office. When the staff came to see her in the room my dog was anxious and barked, and from there I could tell that they were gonna have issues with my dog. She did not even try to get the blood test done and insisted that my dog was going to bite and that it would be difficult to get the blood drawn. They put my dog on medications and told me to come again with her on it. I came with my dog on the medications but they turned her away and said that she needed to be immobilized to be able to get the blood drawn. I did as told and it came out expensive. After that they said that she'd have to come back in 6 months to do it all over again or pay for "happy visits" so she wouldnt be immobilizer next time. They said my dog tried to bite them and that is what she needed. I knew my dog wasnt like that, she was just anxious and I instead took her elsewhere where they had no issues with my dog for her next dosage. They were able to get the blood drawn with no problem while the people here at this vetco, specifically a lady with red hair said my dog was reactive and would try to bite. They also had her heartworm prescription be a very expensive one while the new place I went to gave me them at a lower cost. I will not be bringing my dog here again. If you have an anxious large breed, I wouldnt bother bringing them here as they will treat your dog as if theyre a reactive dangerous dog.

Do not book here, they let me make an appointment for 8:30 AM and also have an 8 AM available but when I arrived at 8:30 there is no one there. No customer service could help. No manager was on site no staff. I drove over 45 minutes with a sick dog and now I’m having to take them to a different animal hospital. They weren’t even open when they were supposed to be at 9 AM. Thank you for inconveniencing me prior to going to work and now I had to call out because of you guys, thanks so much. I’ll never return. I’ll never take my dog here, you shouldn’t either if you want quality care and a facility that actually care about your animals. They’re causing a nonemergency to become an emergency. I drove over 45 minutes with a sick two month old puppy in the car and now she’s having to suffer because of it. you guys should be ashamed of yourself! Inconveniencing people and Having the absolute worst customer service available. Petco tried to tell me that Petco isn’t associated with them then why the hell are they attached to your store, A manager supposed to call me back and that still has not happened. Hope you guys have the day that you deserve, which is the absolute worst.
