I was not informed on what to bring/do prior, which included a stool sample, forms and bringing current medication if any. Once I arrived, I had the worst customer service experience ever. For context, my appointment was the first available at 9:30AM on a Friday. Our vet was distracted, rushing our visit and surprised we showed up to our appointment. We left without her weight, vaccine records, a scheduled next visit, or really any proper relevant information that detailed grooming or prep for her next visit after spending $200. In between the last few weeks, I have stopped by 3 times to drop off her stool sample, they have not been open, called over 15 times with no answer or a request to call back later. The customer service line is staffed out of country. The only contact I have been able to make is with the conjoined Petco that said they are only open on Saturdays, after it markets being 24/7. So, besides the horrible visit, I have not been able to talk to a vet or access my information. I have utilized my text engagement through their site, but it’s like talking to an AI bot. It keeps sending the same links that lead to nothing. I recommend finding a vet near you that will care for your puppy like it’s your own and be able to access them when/if any questions or emergencies arise!! This was a very sad and unfortunate experience and I am cautioning you all before you experience the same.
