  Very impressed with the experience this time. (Nail trim for my dog, who is not very fond of grooming, also has a number of dew class). Associate was very accommodating and ensured I was happy with the result.

  We did a walk-in with our pup, Fraggle, for a nail trim and triple f. We’ve done this a few times and always have a great experience. Today was exceptional. Ms. Hoi really went above and beyond. I watched from afar as she talked to our nervous guy and comforted him. He looks stellar but most of all, I’m so happy that she cared for him in such a loving and kind way.

  Kinkeade feels welcome & pampered at Petco but mom is concerned the value, still having wet ears & head at pick-up & sneaking in additional fees might not be enough to keep coming.

  Just moved to the area and needed a new groomer for my Sheepadoodle. Back home, we had a small, one-person grooming shop—super personal, no crates, and always stress-free. So, I was definitely a little nervous booking an appointment at a big chain like Petco in Plano. But we were in a bind. My pup was already a bit anxious from the move and had a mild allergic reaction to some tall grass, so he wasn’t in the best mood for a grooming appointment. I booked with Marcello, and I have to say—he was amazing! Marcello and another associate were so kind, patient, and gentle with my Sheepadoodle. They really made an effort to make him feel comfortable, and it showed. Marcello handled his sensitive skin with care and made sure he was well taken care of. Overall, it was a much better experience than I expected, and I’m so relieved to have found a groomer we can trust here. I’ll definitely be booking with Marcello again!
