    I’ve been there many times before and all of a sudden they give me multiple fees for my tiny dog. After trying to understand what was going on they lied telling me they had already explained the fees. Never going back if they’re just going to take my money like that.

    Today I walked into this Petco location because I was recommended with a puppy. That’s never been groomed to do a walk-in… I have to say this was the best suggestion that’s been made as far as I’m concerned. When I walked in, I was greeted by a wonderful groomer named Lourie Maine. She also agreed that doing a walk-in is great for first time dogs because if they are unable to do anything, they will not charge you. I had to get on and leave a review specifically for Lourie.. I simply wanted my Australian shepherds back end trimmed very slightly so that it would stop getting in the way of him using the bathroom… She took amazing care of my dog and calmly was able to get him onto the table and give him such an amazing trim. I’m beyond thankful for her care that she took in making sure my baby was OK. Also a shout out to the other groomer that was nearby, who also assisted in loving on my baby while Laurie did her thing! Thank you, thank you thank you!

    Please add to Stellas' file that she doesn't like the hair dryer tube Lori (she is the best) knows that but she wasn't there this time.

    Tech trimmed and buff nails so well that we aren’t scratched when gg. Jumps on us. Must used same tech because so are not so careful and smooth out nails Think her name was Carla?
