- KZKelly ZookNov 2, 20253.0I felt like the intake person was disrespectful when she asked how often my dog was brushed and when I answered she scoffed and made an uncalled for comment. Her job as a groomer is to do what’s best for the dog in her care no matter the condition the dog was brought in with and definitely not be judgmental . The groomer who usually grooms my dog is either no longer there or had no openings - he was a very kind person and I felt good leaving my dog in his care - a feeling I did not have this time. The price I was charged was ridiculous- what is a materials fee? Very disappointing experience.
