- DJDee JohnFeb 19, 20265.0I have been going to different Banfields for nine years and this Banfield was very organized and they made me feel like a person. I was very worried about my dog and the vet coming out and talking to me and let me know exactly what was happening was very special and I hope that others get to experience that she’s very thorough and personable And the facility was clean the person that took me back into the waiting room for taking down all the information was also very kind, and they just were very approachable and made me feel comfortable, and my dog feel comfortable, which was important to me the location was convenient. It was easy to find, and everyone who walked in seem to be pleased with the work that they were doing.
- CLChassity LoveOct 1, 20251.0A couple of years back I would’ve given banfield 5 stars and recommended them in a heartbeat but that’s definitely changed. My husband and I brought our Doberman to banfield MULTIPLE times for 2 years due to skin infections and a mass on his chest which was also due to a “skin infection”. We were always sent home with a medicated shampoo, some kind of spray that was supposed to help (never did), and antibiotics. We were also advised to change his food and that actually seemed to make it worse. Unfortunately, we had to rehome him so we sent over all the medical records we had from banfield. 2 days later, we received a text from his new owner after taking him to a vet, that he actually had fevers CONSTANTLY, his red blood cell count was low and he had thyroid issues. Banfield NEVER made us aware of any of those issues, we were always told that “all his test came back normal” … but clearly that wasn’t the case, our pup was suffering. I truly believe banfield has become more about the money rather than the wellbeing of our pups.

She genuinely cares and alway aims for the right treatment plan that is best for my dog Sophie. Dr. Lagrone talks to you as a fellow pet parent and not just a vet. She is thorough and very detailed. Staff is kind and you can tell they all truly care. Great team!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
