Was informed that while the grooming was being performed my dog’s ear was clipped (said it wasn’t bleeding but had obvious scab) while paying for the service I could hear my dog yelling as the were bringing her to me. I understand they can be dramatic but not like that and wasn’t informed about that situation while I heard it all, I decided to just leave. Extremely rude staff, asked if they sold a product and was told “if you don’t see it then I guess we don’t have it” that’s no way to respond to a customer.
