  I love everyone at this Pflugerville PETCO location from the vets, the medical assistants, floor staff and groomers. However there is an older lady that is always working the counter and I pray every time I come she won’t be there but she’s always there! I receive the worst attitude from her. My recent encounter I told her I wanted to confirm there wasn’t also a age limit requirement for the dewormers not just a weight requirement (as one of the sweet floor staff recommended I do) the check out lady looks at me and says it’s not for puppies when the box clearly states it’s for puppies. I wish someone else would work the counter and she open boxes in the back instead. You have to speak people and she acts as if it’s a chore. She also in the past did not allow me to enter my phone number for vital care premier and when I asked to add my number I received attitude. Her attitude needs to be addressed!! I checked my receipt and it says Mercy on it so that may be her name.

  I have always enjoyed going to the Pflugerville store and only just started using the online option. I do wish more of the 'shipping' only items were also available for pcikup at the store.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Briana was extremely rude and did not show the level of care or kindness you would expect when working with dogs. Grooming should be a positive and gentle experience, but the attitude I encountered made it uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Customer service matters just as much as the service itself, and unfortunately, this visit did not meet expectations. Because of this experience, I will not be returning for grooming services.

  I wish you would stock the deeper litter boxes again, in lieu of saving inventory space and getting people to buy the expensive automatic litter boxes.
