I asked the cashier and he said he didn't know if and where the particular item was. He then shows another lady my phone with picture of the item. She looks at then back at me and said it's probably somewhere on back corner. I was at the register ready to check out. No one offered to go check or escort me to see if we can locate it. I had already been in there over 20 minutes searching, and no the lady was not on a register or assisting anyone at the time. This was truly bad customer service. I won't be returning to this location.
