Our Piper girl had the best time at DogJoy. The communication was top tier, and we even got photos of her throughout the week. We even got photos of her. She came home tired and happy. Definitely will use DogJoy again.

I’ve done boarding here twice and Don’t really like that this place will nickle and dime you for good pet treatment. Like every little thing is another daily add on fee, from your dog getting cuddles, play time, puzzle games, wellness checks, photo updates, anything! It makes it seems like if you don’t do those things your pet is just locked in a kennel all day and night?? And it makes for a very pricey stay if you do want the peace of mind that they’re cared for properly. They also charged an extra daily fee from November 15-January 15, which is a huge stretch around the holiday season. Seems greedy and like they don’t really care about your pet. One minor positive I can mention is when we boarded over Thanksgiving they offered a Thanksgiving themed meal, which is a nice way for him to celebrate, but of course it was an additional fee lol (on top of the increased holiday rate!). We haven’t done the pet training, grooming, splash park or any of the other services so I might still try that later, but honestly this pay model leaves a bad taste in my mouth so idk. The last time we needed boarding we found a nice family on Rover for less than half the total price here! I probably won’t be back for that.

I highly recommend DogJoy! My dog and I participated in the 6-week Reactive Rover class, which was very helpful. Briana is a very knowledgeable and effective dog trainer, and very good at teaching dog owners to be dog trainers!
Taking my dog to doggy daycare has helped socialize him, and I was able to board him for 2 weeks at DogJoy while I was traveling. The staff is all very knowledgeable, organized, and caring. I'm very grateful to have found DogJoy!
