- MFM FuentesApr 12, 20261.0They ruined my Dogs coat, I trusted they were knowledgeable with what they are doing, her hair was so soft and flowy and now because they cut it way too short it’s the texture of wire! Not just that but her coat is IMPACTED! Can’t imagine how painful and uncomfortable it must me for my dog now. Negligence is an understatement. I’m surprised this place hasn’t gotten a law suit!

- AFamaani fowlerMar 22, 20261.0I visited this Petco location in Pearland yesterday and was honestly really disturbed by what I saw in the fish section. Multiple tanks had dead fish that hadn’t been removed, and some of the live fish were feeding on them. Several fish looked barely alive, and all the tanks themselves were dirty and poorly maintained. I understand some loss can happen (I’ve seen fish losses in their tanks over many years in multiple locations) but this was far beyond that and felt like a SERIOUS lack of care and major neglect. It was really upsetting to see animals in that condition. Management needs to step up or change their husbandry crew.
