She said she’s the manager very disrespectful and doesn’t appreciate customers. I don’t know why she’s working here she gives the impression that she doesn’t even like animals. The most horrible unprofessional experience if you’re looking for that go to the grooming section at Petco see Kaitlyn.

In the female guinea pig enclosure there was no food at all, in fact, one of their bowls was caked with poop. One of the poor female guinea pigs was eating the poop, which I know is safe but still sad that she had to resort to that. They also were very near to running out of water. The fish tanks looked poorly maintained and really dirty with floating dead fish. This was near closing hour too so I hope they were at least cared for after closing the store. Just funny because it was so slow and I’m sure one of the 3 employees I saw could have been working in the animal department instead of stocking shelves, animals should come first in this industry. And many of the small animals looked a bit lethargic, genuinely made me angry to see. Wonder who the GM and DM is for this location.
