    My dog left there traumatized. This has never happened before. He is scared. Not good. They did not finish him. The groomer said he was biting, but he has never had complications.

    My dog was plugged so low his skin is showing and I was charged for flea bath and I told the male my dog did not have fleas and his nails were not trimmed low enough. They are higher than pet-smarts. My dog apt was at 10am and he wasn't ready till 3pm
