Zac took care of my fluffy frenchie which he made multiple comments regarding the color saying he had to be mixed because that's not what frenchys look like. He also didnt look happy. I booked a wash and trim and was told he didn't trim him because he didnt need it. I was not asking for you to give my dog a buzz cut but to trim the areas that need to be trimmed and clean. I don't think ill be booking here, or atleast never with Zac.

- BBBunnySep 4, 20251.0I’ve taken my dog to the groomers here a few times and it was a good experience everything with ms Katie but recently I tryed a new groomer because she was unavailable for the time I needed. So I scheduled an appointment with Zac and this review is specifically about the job he did. NOT KATIE because she does a wonderful job. Zac though I feel like I dropped my dog off and got him back the exact same way and spent $90 on nothing, he still smelled when I picked him up and his ears weren’t clean, and his nails didn’t look cut. I’m furious with the overall experience, booking the appointment with him was awful too. I had to tell him SEVERAL times what package I wanted and he still put the right one till I came to pick him up. I will NEVER book an appointment with him again!! As for the other groomer I don’t know them so I’m sure they are fine but this just ruined my chances of ever trying them. So $90 later and my dog got nothing done.
