  I just don’t like this place. Like others, I fell for the free first visit. I brought my dog in twice for a bladder infection and both times they pushed getting all extensive, expensive testing done. It seems very impersonal. And I used them for years. Every time they tried their hardest to upsell me. I understand providing the best care for pets is their job. However, my current vet does that without suggesting I spend thousands of dollars for a bladder infection. They are overpriced for the lack of quality care in my opinion. My current vet has comparable pricing but 10x the care and compassion. I’ll never forget the last time I took my dog here, she did everything she could to run away. And she was senior at that point. I had to carry her into the clinic it shattered my heart. I can’t imagine what it was like for my animal when I had to leave her there for a day. I see so many negative reviews mentioning their suspicions about what happens behind closed doors there. I now feel the same. Don’t leave your pet alone with these people. I saw the negative reviews when I first brought my pet here so hopefully I can save your family some heart break and money. Listen to the bad reviews. Even if the staff changes I think it will remain the same. I saw plenty of staff changes, the negative feel of the clinic remained. It’s a chain of clinics they operate based on what the higher chain is telling them to do.

  I counted on this location to check my pet out since the one I normally go to on Wallisville didn’t have any appointments available. I was literally about to give my puppy some meds they gave me when I noticed one of the meds was prescribed to a 65lbs dog named Daisy. My Bentley is only 20lbs. Who knows what could of happened. I’ve unfortunately lost trust in this location because of the uncertainty if I have my pups meds with the wrong label, or if they are not his at all. Staff was very friendly. But I don’t like this mix up at all.

  No one in this office is helpful or knowledgeable. Save yourself time and money and avoid this vet. The wellness plan is a rip-off, and the front desk staff are rude. Even the customer service team over the phone were rude and unhelpful. Read the other negative reviews. Your experience will be no different.

  we get our cat food there. This is part of the Pet's Smart chain. People there ate friendly and helpful.
