- OOOutcastNov 24, 20251.0I’ve always used this veterinary office because the only time I usually have to bring my pets in, is on weekends and they are open over the weekend. But after the latest experience I am very disappointed. My mother took a sick kitten in with diarrhea and refusal to eat, they did a fecal and said he didn’t have enough worms to make him that sick, so then they ran a blood test to check for FIV, FLV and heart worms all which came back negative. So then they decide it has to be worms so he got a de wormer and sent home. He passed away this evening. My dog was also misdiagnosed for his skin issues, after going thru the treatment they prescribed he had no improvement, it ended up being allergies. From now on I will either take my pets to Crockett or find a new veterinarian in Tyler
