  I purchased 2 guinea pigs from this store. They were never very active, didn’t eat a lot, didn’t make much noise. Then started to stay in one place in their cage and eat even less. I called the store and it was within 30 days so they told me bring them in. When I took them back, the man that helped us started to assume we did something to hurt them asking if their cage was big enough, asking if they fell off the bed or couch. I understand the questions, the tone was the off putting part and he was sounding like he was accusing us more than trying to get information. I asked what could be wrong with them and he said “they look fine to me” but I told him they weren’t fine. So he picked them up and started saying their bottoms are dirty and asked how often do you clean the cage in such a rude tone, again sounding like we are being accused of not taking care of them. I clean it weekly and I already explained to him that they would not move so if the urinated they were then sitting in it. We did nothing to hurt these babies. I tried to contact Petco as soon as I realized there was a a bigger issue and it wasn’t just them trying to get used to their new home. He asked if we wanted to get 2 more guinea pigs and I told him we don’t want anything from that store after being treated that way.

  Hello everybody thank you so much Petco what was done with my baby I want to start off with my baby came out very sleepy and chill which is the first no, the pricing $40 for just a bath includes a lot of stuff grooming things now here where I start to wonder why the price went up so much. I got a spring holiday package. I got it mostly because there is a beautifully Spring bandanna and I did not get it case out of stock and there should be something else they should give if they have case it was $5 for it and A lot of other grooming stuff whenever I picked them up, he smelled awesome, but I got closer to his mouth and it was starting to stink now I paid for teeth brushing at least two times cause teeth brushing came with the $40 bath only and also the holiday spring package so truly his breath should’ve been smelling good now that bumped up my price to in all total $81 that I paid I am very, not satisfied for what I got and my baby looks sad really but I guess I just have to deal with it thank you Petco
