  I went here a few weeks ago and had an appointment with Edward. He did let me know he couldn’t take my dog in because he seemed aggressive. He referred me to Wagging Tails that they deal with dogs like this. I kindly left and went to Wagging Tails were I was approached by someone which he was a male and said he loved what he did and he would attempt to groom my pet. After picking him up he said my dog was happy. Great. And would be glad for him to return. I regret wagging tails from this point forward. They love animals. They are great. I got my pet in a hour n half. I will never visit a petco.

  We received dog washes. Staff was nice. They were in a hurry and forgot to trim the dogs nails. We did not look until we got home and the dogs walked across the hardwood floors. That was $12x2

  Went to Petco today to grab some fish food, and decided to try and get a dragonfaced pipefish, clown and goby. We were being assisted by a girl named Emberlyn (could be wrong on the spelling) and was extremely put off by her behavior and treatment of the fish. First off, she was aggravated by customers wanting to purchase fish at 8pm and loudly expressing so. She continuously made comments like "of course everyone wants fish at 8 when we close soon" and "oh please free me from this". She acted distraught when it came to catching the clownish, claiming they scared her so I suggested she try and catch the pipefish first because they looked to move a little slower. She then proceeded to try and catch the fish but screamed because she was afraid of it but she was roughly trying to pin it. She pinched the fish to the glass of the tank at a horrible angle and we decided to stop her then because we were worried about the safety of the fish but also we were no longer interested as we did not want a hurt fish. I tried nicely telling her no but she then argued with me that she could catch the fish and I just calmly but firmly told her we were no longer interested for the stated reasons. She did not argue further but was rude at the register when we just purchased the food. Just an off putting experience, I know everyone has their days but we did not appreciate the loud complaints about the customers and treatment of the fish.
