Declining care after years of loyalty
We’ve been with Banfield for over 7 years, but this location has really gone downhill in the past few months. The vet didn’t know my dog’s history and even questioned why she was on a urinary diet, despite her records showing she needed it. They kept pushing food changes and couldn't explain how it would benefit her when she's clearly allergic to chicken and the food ingredients has chicken in it! We took her to another vet around the corner a week later and she was diagnosed with bladder inflammation and crystals!
Every visit feels inconsistent with different staff and vets, and I no longer trust their care. Sadly, I’m still stuck paying for their wellness plan even though I won’t be bringing my dog back here. For other pets sake, I hope things change for the better. But I'm not willing to risk it there anymore.
