    I don’t usually post things like this, but this has gone on way too long. I signed up for a pet care subscription that I ended up never using. Before my next billing cycle, I asked them to cancel it. I thought that was the end of it. It wasn’t. They kept charging me. How greedy and petty to lie about canceling it and lie about me ever calling to request it. I followed up with an employee and asked again to cancel. They said they’d take care of it. Nothing changed. Again. Another year later… still being billed. When I finally called again, I was told that the staff at the location can’t even cancel the plan - you have to go through a separate call center on the West Coast that’s only open on weekdays. That was never mentioned when I signed up. So I’ve been paying $64 a month for years for something I never used… while actively trying to cancel it. Banfield is happy to take your money and provide zero services or resolutions. No calls, no follow ups. Another Update Trying to fix it has been even more frustrating. The new billing call center didn’t have my phone number on file, so I couldn’t get through to anyone for days. It would hang up because It couldn’t locate my number with an account. Tried directly getting an agent, The automated system kept failing - if you press zero to try to reach an agent, it just hangs up. The only way I finally got a person on the phone was by pretending I was signing up for a new service. They could find me using my number if I wanted to buy something - how convenient for them. When I did get through, the experience didn’t improve. The representative (Victoria, based in Washington) immediately set the tone by saying she could end the call at any time if I had an issue with it being recorded but I could not record her. Not exactly helpful. They like hiding their interactions. She then told me there were no notes showing I had ever called or tried to cancel before. That was honestly hard to hear after dealing with this for so long. I asked if there was any possibility of a refund or even partial credit since I’ve never used the service once. The answer was no. She asked me why I was canceling in an attempt not to save the account- just to fill out a form. She had zero interest in her job other than being condescending. Pretty sad -how unethical this company is- even more astounding that they get away with it. No attempt to fix anything- just call this number and pass the buck. No accountability.

    I love this Banfield. I have gone to several around my area and nothing compares to the experience I have had with this location. They treat my dog like their own. I would highly recommend this Banfield 🐾

    I love taking my pets here more than other Banfield spots. This has become our home hospital. Dr. Mathis and Dr. George are both great. The staff are all friendly, and they get you in and out without the hassle of Petsmart. They take care of all 3 of my 4- legged children.

    I have four dogs so you can imagine with how often we are at the vet, having a good Dr and staff is critical for our family. Please, if you are looking for a vet office, trust a stranger when I say that every single person in this Banfield is highly qualified, highly empathetic, and meticulous in the care of their patients and communication with their owners. I love this office. God help us if we ever move. Thank you for everything that you do, guys.
