Banfield is a terrible facility once they get your money they tell you now it's your problem figure it out. Had a team lead by the name of Mo who wanted to act like a crybaby as you said I was yelling at her if you can't handle people you should not be a customer service person this facility is pathetic disgustingly pathetic. They'd rather argue with you instead of saving your dog's life. So in other words Banfield pet hospital is as bad as Allure and Blue Pearl. Got charged $3,000 to be told now we can't complete treatment sorry go look for another vet. Banfield hospital sucks if you want your fur baby to stay alive I suggest you stay away. They make it seem like taking your dog to the vet only cost $5 hell no it cost me $3,000 and I'm still not done.

Do NOT ever take your pet here if you value YOUR time. I had a 10:00 AM appointment for 2 dogs to receive their Bordetallia vaccine. The appointment was made a month ahead of time. When we showed up for the appointment no one told us that it would be 4 hours before they could get to the dogs instead we were informed the vet was performing surgery and it would be around noon before we could pick them up. I was fine with that. We call at noon to check the status and found out the vet had gone to lunch. I should have known something was up when they wanted to keep them and give us a call when they were ready because this is usually an 15 min appointment and we just wait there in the store. After waiting patiently for 4 hours they still had not called, we had to call them to find out what was going on. They stated that they were doing it now after I asked what the heck was going on. When we FINALLY picked up the dogs they informed us that all morning appointments are drop-offs, but not informed about this until then. So what's the point of scheduling appointments in the AM if they are all walk-ins??? I will NEVER deal with this so called "hospital" again. Terrible customer service that could care less about you or your time. Also, when I had the dogs and was ready to leave, I told the employee that they should be better at customer service and that I would leave them a bad review, and she had the nerve to smile and say "ok"...guess she doesn't care about her job. She would be fired on the spot if she did that to a customer of mine. Ok so I waited for a reply from "BanfieldCares" but they didn't reply...should change it to "banfield_don't_ give_ ahoot about their customers" it's about the money stupid!
