But when I arrived to pick up my 75 pound, very friendly dog, I was greeted by a different girl with, “Are you here for Buddy?” Yes. “He tried to attack me while trimming his nails.” He has never done that with his vet or groomer. Do you have muzzles. “Yes.” Did you use one? “No.” Why not then, IF that’s true?!!! She was angry toward me and spoke like she never wanted my dog there and guaranteed I won’t return. It was bizarre.

When can I drop off and pick up my pet?
Our facility is open for pet drop-offs and pick-ups during our regular business hours. We operate from 7am to 7pm on weekdays (Monday through Friday), and from 9am to 4pm on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Can my dogs stay in the same room?
Certainly. Our rooms and suites are designed to comfortably accommodate two canine siblings, with the specific arrangement depending on the size of your dogs.
Can I tour the pet resort?
We would be pleased to provide you with a tour of our facilities. Please contact our office to arrange a convenient time for your visit.
Are reservations required?
Reservations are essential for us to maintain appropriate staffing levels. This ensures we can provide optimal care based on the number of dogs we expect to host each day.
Can I bring my pet's own food?
We recommend that you bring your pet's regular food, portioned and labeled for each serving. This helps maintain your pet's usual diet. However, we do offer high-quality dog food at no additional cost if you prefer or if it's necessary.
My pet isn't spayed/neutered. Can they still come play?
Yes, we welcome unaltered dogs to our facility for both play sessions and overnight stays.
Can I bring my pet's toys or bedding?
We provide a variety of safe toys and comfortable raised beds in all our accommodations. You're welcome to bring one toy and one blanket from home, but we kindly ask that you limit personal belongings to these items.
My pet takes medication. Can you administer medication to pets?
We gladly administer most oral and topical medications at no extra charge upon request. Please provide all medications in their original containers along with clear, written instructions. For senior dogs or those with special needs, our TLC package offers unlimited medication administration to ensure they receive the care they require.
Can I add bathing to my pet's overnight stay?
Yes, we offer professional bathing services in our fully-equipped salon. We can arrange for your pet to receive bathing during their stay, ensuring they return home looking and feeling refreshed.
