  Took my boy Tyson here (Schnauzer). They did a pretty good job considering he was 'difficult'i.e, gave them some trouble & he did have alot of matting. I had signed up for the full groom package, but they were unable to do his teeth & toenails which they did not give me a discount for because it's part of the 'package' price (just be aware of that)...if you put in an order for a 'package', you pay the full price whether or not they are able to do all of the services listed in the package. It probably says that on their website somewhere because they seem to be pretty thorough.

  I have peace of mind that my furry babies are well taken care of when I bring them in. Customer service is also top-notch!

  I love this place, they treat my dog with so much respect and show him a tons of kindness. He’s always so excited to come. I recommend this establishment to anyone who’s looking for amazing place for their dogs.

  The grooming service here has kind of gone downhill in the past year. Used to go here a lot about 2-3 years ago and loved Tabitha. Since she left, whoever does the grooming doesn't brush out my dog. She comes back with tiny tangles she didn't have before and my dog doesn't have matted hair at all. Their hours make them inaccessible for people that work corporate hours.

  I love the atmosphere of this place. The manager and owner are extremely professional, kind, and helpful. I’ve had limited interactions with the owner (maybe 4 times or so,) but every time I have, she’s been such a help. Nancy on the other hand (manager) I have had innumerable interactions with her. She is truly one-of-a-kind. Professional, very knowledgeable about the dogs and even the cats that occasionally board there. She’s helpful with customers, she asks questions when trying to get a better understanding of the pets needs, she’s just a very radiant soul and you can feel it from the second you walk in and are greeted by her kind smile. Overall, I guess what I am trying to say is this place is truly special. They are passionate about the animals, helping the customers, and making you feel like you are cherished as a customer.
