  Scheduled private training classes. Second class, the trainer was a no show. Cashier said she should have called me to cancel. I did not receive any notification that the class was cancelled. Was handed her business card and told to call her. I shouldn’t have to call an employee while they are not at work. Unprofessional and a total disregard for my time

  I had such a wonderful experience at Petco this morning thanks to Trinity! From the moment I walked up to the register, she greeted me with the sweetest, most welcoming smile. It’s honestly rare to come across someone with such genuine kindness and positive energy these days. Trinity went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She was patient, friendly, and truly seemed to enjoy helping customers. Her attitude made my whole visit better, and you can tell she really cares about providing great customer service. Petco is lucky to have someone like her on their team. I hope we see more people like Trinity everywhere — she’s a shining example of what excellent customer service should look like. Wishing her a bright and successful future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Breeezy was so kind and helpful when I came to the store. I needed to diagnose the problem with my lighting system for my terrarium. She took the time to help me. Amazing customer service.

  Service was terrible manager was rude. I had placed order 12/22/ or 12/23 went to pick up before closed and order was not ready mind you i put in early enough for it to be done ok fine Christmas passed went day after Christmas to get order cause still has not received message. The lady advised me order had not been pulled and went to get the manager. Manager came back attitude telling me i don’t have an order while I’m showing him my confirmation and had already paid for it. So i asked can he just refund me my money so i can buy while i was there cause this is insane. He told me no i needed to call a 1-800 number so i called while standing in store. She tells me she doesn’t understand why the order wasn’t pulled i said ma’am i have no clue this what the manager told me. I went to look for the manager he was even smart with the lady on the phone walked away while she was still talking like how rude can you be. I will never ever ever ever go back to that location i spend to much money on pet smart to be treated like crap with my 2 puppies and bearded dragon. I don’t care if i gotta drive 30 min to get to another store Missouri city store in Texas will never get my business
