    Petco is Mission grooming service is terrible. Customer service is unprofessional, and they blame everything on the pet. Instead of them asking themselves what they can do to make the experience more positive for the Pet, they just give up and throw protocols in your face after the fact. If you have a big dog dont take them there. They are not tolerant and abuse them somehow. Poor pets can't defend themselves. This place needs to be investigated . I wish I could give them negative stars.

    Not happy didnt do toe nails. She said that he would bite at her. Well then you put a muzzle on. Didnt do eats. Sometime it might take 2 people. If you let the dog win he will always do this. Payed for this it should have been done. Thank you Ron
