I took my miniature schnauzer and showed a picture of the teddy bear cut I wanted, but what he got was nothing close. They cut off all his hair and even his beard, which is such an important part of the breed’s look. The haircut was uneven, his ears weren’t even finished, and he didn’t come out smelling clean or fresh. On top of that, it was very expensive for such poor service. Definitely not what I expected and I will never return.
