They are professional, incredibly caring, and listen fully to any questions or concerns. No one ever wants to have their beloved pet go through surgery, but I know the Veterinarians and staff are knowledgeable and care for my baby like one of their own. Heidi gets lots of cuddles and body rubs from the staff.
