  I wasn’t able to make it in to my normal vet for my pet’s emergency. I was able to find an appointment quickly here and was able to see Dr. Betancourt right away. The front desk staff was patient and welcoming at check in and during the visit. The doctor was warm and informative as she walked us through the diagnosis and our options. I’m thankful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring vet. Pepper was treated that morning and he seems to be doing well. Thank you so much!

  The staff and doctor were very friendly! My fur baby was anxious and didn’t want to get on the scale and the front desk person helped him up. The doctor gave us different options for treatment and I’m very grateful for their kindness. My fur baby appreciates it too!!

  I brought my dog to Vetco on Thursday. They recommended blood work, but we couldn’t afford it, so we asked for a physical exam instead and see what she can take .After the exam, they told us she was doing fine and reassured me she still had plenty of life left. The veterinarian was patient and answered all our questions thoughtfully, which we appreciated. But it’s crazy to me how she said my dog had plenty of life left, yet she didn’t. My dog hadn’t been eating or drinking and looked very unwell. We also paid for a rabies shot, which felt unnecessary given how weak her immune system was but since they said we couldn’t leave without it we had no choice. Unfortunately, my dog passed away today which is heartbreaking. While I understand we couldn’t afford the blood work that might have helped, I feel her serious condition was overlooked or minimized during the visit. I wish the vet had been clearer about the risks and shown more urgency. I hope this review encourages other pet owners to ask thorough questions and seek second opinions if they have concerns.
