  We purchased a cockatiel for my son at this location about 2 weeks ago. I believe the cockatiel was ill at the time of purchase because we followed every recommendation and provided a well environment for him only to die almost 2 weeks later. I am a reasonable person and I understand things happen that are out of our control, but I think Petco needs to improve health screenings on their animals before putting them on sale. We were told that the cockatiel had been waiting to be adopted for quite some time, even being transferred from store to store, until we came along to adopt it. We got so attached to the little guy and did not expect this sudden passing at all. So I go to Petco and Chicken (cockatiel) was still under warranty, I look at my receipt and it says customer dissatisfaction. I never mentioned i was dissatisfied with my purchase, on the contrary!! I am not sure why the employee put that I was dissatisfied but that is insensitive and not true.

  Took my sweet baby and she wasn't feeling well Dr. Foster and team took care of us and will be returning for future visits.

  Very clean, well organized, personally prefer their selection over PetSmart. The girl at the front was very helpful with my questions about vaccination.

  I stopped in yesterday to purchase KMR after finding a baby kitten, and as always, the store was clean and well organized. The woman at checkout was incredibly helpful—she even assisted me in finding a syringe so I could feed the kitten properly. I also bring my older cat here to Vetco for vaccinations and care, and the staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and supportive. It’s always a great experience.
