- GGGabriela GarciaNov 13, 20255.0I love this petco location, all the staff are so nice,especially the grooming salon.I bring my dog to them A LOT and they are the nices/sweetest people they try their best/time to explain to me about everything as in their prices and why they think a specific package is good for my dog for example my dog has dry and itchy skin so they recommend the soothe and repair and that package hydrates my dogs skin and it comes with nail buffing and teeth brushing but I don’t get that all the time I try different packages and they all smell so good especially their seasonal packages,anyways the staff goes above and beyond and they treat my dog like if my dog was their own and other customers as well I notice how much they love on the fur babies and makes sure all furbabies are comfortable no matter what they are such an understanding staff as well they take their time to listen to your questions Comments and concerns,the staff are just truly the best and they deserve everthing that comes their way 💙

I noticed on today 11/09/2025 a gentleman with a dog was given a scanned 20/50% I couldn’t clarify coupon from his total. Along with a Hispanic couple also same coupon behind the counter off their total. Hours pass I have come to get my puppy for service. I wasn’t offered the same discount coupon? I didn’t make an issue out of it and still tipped my damped dog service. However, i found it odd and rude to gas light a situation when I am very aware of what I saw. I still tipped but I won’t be back here.

Both dogs come out looking adorable, smelling great, and most importantly, happy and relaxed. Brandy clearly loves what she does; she listens to our requests, remembers the little details, and makes sure each grooming session fits their needs perfectly. It’s such a relief knowing our pups are in good hands every time we visit. Thank you, Brandy, for always going above and beyond for Rico and Milo! We wouldn’t trust anyone else with their grooming. 🐾💙
