- KKKimApr 2, 20261.0So just an hour ago we went there to get a flee and tic medicine called Bravecto and the staff told us that a vet has to examine the puppy first. But the tall black lady at the front desk with big ol glasses was so rude. I use to bring my older dog here ( who passed away) but our new puppy has never been here and my husband said let’s go and get our puppy registered with them. The way that lady was talking to us without a smile in a rude manner my husband and i just left in 2 mins. We are never going back there 👎👎
- JJJadeMar 2, 20265.0Me and my boyfriend took our 13 week old puppy Tobi to this clinic for some vaccines and dewormer meds. Ari the vet tech (I️ believe that’s the correct term) was so sweet and informative about what services could be offered and gave us good info. She was also very sweet to our Tobi. The vet doctor was also very nice as well. I️ can’t remember her name but she was blonde and was also very sweet to our pup and made sure he was taken care of with the majority of his shots and vaccines. We will be back to allow this clinic to care for our very sweet and lovable Tobi! Thank you to the Banfield team from the front desk all the way to doctor that cared for him. We appreciate your care to our boy. Thank you!

- RHrichard hazelwoodOct 21, 20252.0I’m going to start going to location at PetSmart in Mesquite. Ever time I go there, they have a new diagnosis which means more money to spend. They wanted to give my dog some medicine that would cause her liver numbers to go up. Right now she’s being treated for elevated liver numbers. So why would they want to give her that medicine. They always trying to sell you some medicine cause they know we care about fur babies. It’s a racket at this point

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
