  Absolutely the worst customer service of any store I've been to and I've been to ones all over the US. The staff is robotic and burnt out. Uber orders are placed in a lane and the person picking up the order has to sift through boxes, unchecked. I could've stolen someone else's order and they would never have known. When I asked for assistance to find an order the cashier literally told me "there's nothing I can do." Freaking bad service Twilight Zone.

  I came to this location for Dog Training with the Trainer Gene. He was amazing and really helped me understand my dog and I saw so much improvement through his beginning class. I can’t wait to sign up for the next class!

  This review is for the grooming. I made an appointment for 10 for my 2 dogs to get groomed. I live an hour away. I get there and go in their small area and am asked to wait outside because they were with someone else. When the lady was finished with the other customers and I was allowed in I told her I had an appointment for my 2 dogs at 10. She then tells me she has 4 customers for appointments at 10 and my dogs will not be seen until around 12 and not ready until 4! Like really? I make an appointment at 10 and drive an hour and you think I'm going to wait 6 hours? Oh, and to top it off the lady said "I only have two hands" Ridiculous! And rude! I wouldn't leave my dogs there for nothing! Went down the street to the PetBar and with NO appointment they got my dogs in and they will be done by 1 pm. And they were very nice and sweet!

  Bought fish and 7-8 of them die, 1 as soon as I got home, woke up to 2 dead the next morning and they keep on dying on me, it’s a long drive to be going back and forth to return them, was told by a manager that some of the fish I got are very like to die, so why sell them!?!?!? Would not recommend to get fish from petco!
