When I paid $66 plus bathing and hair cut then why extra $10 for shaving and brushout? Its no where mentioned in app or handouts that you will charged extra for shaving and brushouts. Shouldn’t it be included in haircut? When asked to the employees they just said we don’t know why petco is charging extra. Its not about $10, its about being transparent with your customers.
