Booked an in-room appt for noon on the app. Was on time for my appt for a simple ear infection. Never saw a doctor, only a vet tech, who pulled him in the back and brought him out to me again for me to sit and wait on the front bench for 50 minutes while people walked by and he couldn’t settle. Their exam rooms were empty and I had to decline the ear wash 3 times to be heard because I have 3 bottles at home already

I will never visit Banfield/Petsmart in McKinney again. We had to put a dog of ours to sleep, it was a very emotional/heartbreaking ordeal and the technician, Xsusui, made the experience traumatic. This woman has no business taking care of people's pets. I have filed a formal complaint with Banfield, the BBA, and the Texas State Veterinary Board.

Dr. Kinsley is the best! Our lab has been through some tough times and he has always taken great care of her. The staff has always helped us. The insurance offered helps to keep costs down.

My parents were in town visiting when their dog got sick. Called Banfield and they were able to get them in within a day. They took excellent care of their dog at a very reasonable price for testing and medication.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
