  just a great place all around. Starting with the people at the front desk, they are engaging and pet/parent focused. They are really nice, genuine people. The techs are stellar!! They are pet/parent focused, skilled, competent, they inform well of visit status, they listen to our needs, and do their best to provide the best care. Which they do! And Doctor Emmanuel, is a caring, professional who is focused on providing the best care for my fur babies. He always have good recommendations, that "hit the nail in the head" with whatever we might need at any particular visit. He is a top notch professional, and a caring, compassionate person. Which goes a long way when pet and parents are dealing with the anxieties due to whatever situation brings us to the clinic. So I appreciate them so much, for providing excellence in care. The OWP has been a blessing! It has improved the quality of life of my fur-babies, and my self, by giving me peace of mind, and ensuring my pets stay continually healthy; knowing whenever they need any services, they are already included in the plan, and for those instances they are not, is a relief knowing that it will not be breaking the bank! What a relief!! 🙏🏻💖🐕🐈

  I gave Dr. Daya Giftson Emmanuel another opportunity after previously removing my review, hoping for a more attentive and compassionate experience. Unfortunately, the same issues happened again — and this time during a very critical moment for my dog. My dog is currently undergoing treatment for pancreatitis, requiring ongoing care including fluids, anti-nausea medication, and his scheduled dose of Panoquell. Despite clearly explaining his condition and treatment plan, Dr. Emmanuel once again showed no interest in properly understanding the situation and immediately directed me to go to an emergency hospital without even evaluating him. This is extremely concerning, especially considering my dog is 15 years old, has heart disease, and is already under active treatment. I also explained that my dog becomes extremely stressed when confined in a kennel and asked to stay with him during his treatment, particularly due to his cardiac condition. After unnecessary resistance, I was eventually allowed to stay. What was completely unacceptable, however, was how a female staff member handled my dog. When bringing him back, she handled him in a rough, careless, and inappropriate manner. At one point, it felt as though he was simply dropped into the car rather than gently assisted, which is alarming given his age and fragile condition. I will be identifying this staff member and updating this review with her name, because this type of behavior should not go unnoticed and should never happen to any animal — especially a senior dog under medical treatment. No pet — especially a senior dog with medical issues — should ever be handled this way. This experience demonstrated a serious lack of empathy, attention, and professionalism from Dr. Emmanuel and part of the team involved in this visit. To be clear, this review is based specifically on this experience. Ringo’s primary veterinarian at this clinic has always been excellent, attentive, and caring. She has consistently provided great care. After this, I took Ringo to another Banfield location, where he is now continuing his treatment. The team there has been calm, attentive, and genuinely caring — working with me in a much more humane and respectful way.

  Dr. Michelle Cho has been absolutely incredible with my dogs, Ringo and Lilica. She has been their veterinarian for quite some time, and from the very beginning, I’ve consistently experienced a level of care, patience, and genuine compassion that is truly rare to find. She takes the time to truly listen, explains everything clearly and thoroughly, and most importantly, treats my dogs as if they were her own. Her attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism are simply outstanding. During a very stressful time with Ringo’s health, when she was not available and I had to see another professional at the clinic, I had an experience that made me question whether I should continue there at all. However, continuing care with Dr. Michelle Cho completely changed everything. She reassured me, restored my trust, and reminded me exactly why I chose this clinic in the first place. Because of her, I made the decision to keep my pet insurance plan and continue bringing my dogs here — I truly cannot imagine trusting anyone else with their care. She goes above and beyond in every way. You can clearly see how much she loves what she does, and that reflects in every single interaction. I trust her completely and feel incredibly grateful to have found a veterinarian who combines exceptional knowledge with such a kind and caring heart. Highly recommend — truly outstanding, compassionate, and exceptional care.

  I've been a customer here for many years and I've seen them through ups and downs. I am extremely happy with the care both our cats receive at this location with Dr Cho, Lauren and Brie. These ladies are an amazing dynamic trio of compassion, dedication, knowledge and customer service. Additionally their other staff is excellent and caring also! I never feel rushed, we always feel like their favorite people and pets, but I see them give that same attention to every one that comes in. My cats are well cared for. The most important thing to me is that they make extra efforts to reduce the stress on my cats, which no other Banfield does, by accommodating in-room appointments and doing as much in room as they can (my cats are more calm if they can see me). As a mom to two senior cats, we seem to be there a lot lately. I always feel like my cats are getting the help they need, and that they really care about the wellbeing of my pets. I highly recommend this location.
