  Total money hungry clinic 100$+ for exam to see if can do spay surgery on female 5month dog Fed me that I needed to join there program to save all this kinda money and 200$ on surgery , took 25 minutes to ask the doctor if he could do surgery on Saturday when they are open and after 25 minutes the say no sorry mainly weekday and today when I get my estimate for spay surgery it’s 1,120$ o and I saved 200$ with my 200$ membership ! Wow no wonder nobody was there , I got a appointment with a estimate and quote for spaying a female dog who is 5 months 3 weeks at spay neuter network in Dallas and it’s 120 $ for surgery, y’all should be ashamed! Totally robbery enjoy my 300$ for absolutely nothing , go to spay neuter network talk

  This place is a scam. Its hard enough to see all the animals getting dumped on the road but now they are trying to deceive and pull money out of your pockets for every little thing. BEWARE even if you are approved for the coupon your account history will show if even you take any of your animals no matter how long ago. I took a dog back in 2022 that has now since passed away and even though coupon says “new pet” they would not accept it. Not once did they tell me until the end of the visit that the coupon would not be honored. I could have used my husband’s account had this been the case, yet not once did the front desk person Theresa tell me even though i mentioned it and even the vet tech confirmed that the coupon will cover the cost of the exam and i will only have to pay for rabies vaccine. This place is not worth it especially with the ZERO transparency. I found a kitten in the street and could not leave it out there as it would have likely gotten run over. I barely can afford food as i am in college but now I am forced out of $80 that I had not planned so no food for me yay (because i have to care for this animal now). I was concerned for urinary issues so wanted to get the kitten seen and happened to find the first free exam for new pets and thought that was amazing. Im sure there will only be more animals in the streets or even at the petco unable to be given a forever home. They do not stand by their name. Most likely will never shop here again due to this case. ***UPDATE: I was able to speak with manager Colin and of course no help there. I will be shopping at Petsmart from now on, as this is not a reputable business with pets as the main focus.

  I took my puppy in today to get his leg looked at because he'd been limping and every staff member was amazing! From registration, to the vet tech and the Doctor!! They were so gentle and caring! They listened to my concerns and came up with possible solutions for my puppy! Dr. Lawrence was also very kind and informative! He even got a cookie! Great experience! I would definitely recommend! 💙

  Really really expensive, 62Dlls for h/w exam, not counting reg visit fee,That is outrageous
