The lady at the front had a smart tone and the assistant for the doctor acted liked she really didn’t want to be there nor assist with any of my concerns. I was charged when I didn’t even have to be because had they actually looked at the account I have set up I had $40 worth of points that could’ve been used instead I was charged out of pocket & because I was not pleased with my service i definitely didn’t let my dog have any services done here I will be taking him elsewhere. If you don’t like your job change it and pick a better tone when speaking to first time people who have no idea what to expect. I would rather drive an additional 30 minutes then come up the street to this Vetco.
- BTBerwyn TinnionSep 19, 20251.0Absolutely despise this place. For the 2nd time, I've made it to my appt (on time) and Teri (who is horrible) tells me that the Doctor was gone for the day. They called me and asked me if I could show up 10 minutes early and I said I was coming from Midlothian, I will try. I couldn't make it early but made it at my appt time of 5:00 and the Doctor was gone. Another time I was scheduled for a 4pm appt and they called 30 minutes prior to the appt and said they have to reschedule me because the Doctor has something to do. I will be talking with Collin about my experience at his location. I'm very displeased and my Fur-Guy still does not have any updated shots. I will never tell you not to go to a location because that's not fair to the business but I will do my best to never have to go to them for vaccines IF POSSIBLE.
