  I arrived at this animal hospital about 10 minutes before closing with a cat that urgently needed care. Instead of trying to help or even offering basic guidance, I was told I would have to pay an expensive after-hours fee of $245 plus a $70 exam fee. What made this especially disappointing is that I live only 5 minutes away from this clinic, yet I had to drive 25 minutes to another clinic while my cat needed attention. In situations involving animals in need, compassion and flexibility should come first. I understand policies exist, but the lack of consideration in this situation was frustrating and stressful. I hope the clinic can improve how they handle urgent cases that arrive shortly before closing time.

  My goldendoodle has severe allergies, its a thing they have. But we've been dealing with worsening skin issues to where my poor pup is absolutely miserable, constantly itchy, red, moist, smelly, not wanting to eat and seems in constant pain. The previous vet just kept telling us "youre doing everything you can". We've spent so much on apoquel, cytopoint, specialty shampoos etc and nothing seems to be helping. We took our pup in to see Dr Brown, and she immediately had a plan of action and helped us understand what might be going on. She gave us immediate solutions and ideas on how to ensure my pup stayed healthy in the long run. She and her tech were so informative and compassionate and understanding. I also saw the room we were in being cleaned after we left (which I feel is very important). Overall, we are definitely satisfied and will be back.

  The service was wonderful. Molly was treated like a celebrity. Dr. Brown examined Molly, answered our questions and made us feel confident that our dog would receive quality care. I’ll be boarding her soon and they gave us a tour of the boarding facility and explained the care she she would get while there. Highly recommend.

  My new pupppy dog doctor and pet hospital. This place is great and everyone is friendly and helpful. I drove from 25 miles away to go to the spisific clinic/hospital. They were fantasic with my furry son. They will perform his TPLO surgery on the 10th. Dr. Brown performs them herself at the vet hospital/clinic. Please take the time to bring your pet here and judge for yourself.

  Best place to get your pet looked at. All the staff is professional and kind. You can tell they love all the animals they care for.
