  First time I picked up my dog limping , I thought it might just have been an accident, so the second time I told them multiple times that my dog has a piece of metal in her arm so please be gentle but again I picked her up limping much worst than the first time. Terrible place

  Very disappointing experience. When I called to cancel, the desk clerk (Teressa or Terry) immediately snapped, “Well you can’t get your deposit back.” I never left a deposit and was never asked for one. Once she realized that, her tone changed and she curtly said, “Okay, come get them.” I arrived at 4:01 PM, waited for people to exit, and found the door locked while staff debated inside whether to open it. Awkward and unprofessional. For two dogs sharing a space, I was charged $376 for one night, half-day play, two baths, two rawhides, an unrequested “suite upgrade,” and a holiday fee—five days before Christmas. It felt like a money grab during peak travel season. To top it off, one of my dogs is now limping. Between the rudeness, surprise charges, and concerns about my dog’s wellbeing, we won’t be back. Next time, I’ll book them a room at the Ritz-Carlton. 🐾
