Started coming her two years ago for my two cats out of convenience (close to home and great hours). Have been consistently impressed with both the professionalism and quality of care from the whole team. Specifically, the customer service from both Rachel and Kenzie has been excellent; I get reminder calls about appointments, immediate calls when they are ready for pickup, great flexibility when scheduling appointments, and full explanations related to care.
The vet care itself is also very pragmatic - no unnecessary procedures or overly aggressive treatments for small issues; a couple of times I have just been instructed to keep an eye on things, which I am happy to do as opposed to invasive treatments/medications.

I would like to share my deep appreciation for all the Magnolia associates especially Dr Keller and Heather Wilkinson for all of the work they put in to finding out why our beloved Reba was so sick. They did their best to find a way to make her comfortable until we got her result from her blood work. With the conclusion and the talking with them, we decided it would be the best for Reba not to suffer anymore. The support of the Dr and staff are amazing...Special Thanks to Dr Keller And Practice Manager Heather Wilkinson.

Staff here are so friendly, Ms Wilkinson, Ramos and kensy at front desk are just the names I can think of right now but everyone in there are awesome. The Hospital is inside PetSmart all the way in the back.

My dog was having a bad allergic reaction and they didn't even try to make room for her to be seen. Terrible customer service, you can tell they don't really care about the animals. On top of that they stated my dogs leg was fully healed when it was not, I will never return to this location. I'm a vlogger and have a huge social media following, I will let them know how poorly we were treated. You need to make major adjustments this is disgusting.

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
