- TSTrisha SFeb 6, 20261.0Had an appointment booked for today 2/6/26 @ 1:45pm. Its currently 3pm and no one has shown up. I believe we were booked with Kim. We've received all the reminder texts messages and we have also tried to reached out and nothing. Currently looking for another groomer. I definitely do not recommend Kim nor this business. Update 2/7/26 - after LeAnn texting me and calling me (when i dont even know how she got my personal # when the appointment was booked under my daughters information) stating she had seen the negative review i had left and that I had her business mixed up with another one and stating I never had an appointment I advised her that the appointment was actually under my daughter's name which she proved was right. She explained to us that majority of her groomers quit and she was running off of 2 groomers. I explained to her that we understood her situation but it was more of the poor communication on her side. She apologized and stated she would call or text back later that day to still get us in (2/6). Of course again we never heard from her. Till the morning of 2/7 she tried to get us in that morning but unfortunately we were not available. One of her groomers reached out and said she was on her way to give her 20 minutes. Same groomer text stating her fan went out on her truck she was trying to get it fixed to give her another hour. She finally showed up. Did great on our dog. LeAnn agreed to compensation and threw in "free services" ... A $4.00 DISCOUNT. Our original pricing was $115 for the groom and additional $10 for shedding shampoo. We ended up paying $121.00. I was trying to give her the opportunity to make things right and still possibly have a loyal customer but no. Never again!!! I will definitely be spreading the word to NOT use LeAnn nor her business.

She is so patient with my big girl, and she always comes out looking so pretty and well maintained despite her challenges our groomer is always so kind and knowledgeable. She cares about the animals she grooms and it shows. Thank you
- LBLexy BrownJan 20, 20261.0Would never trust my dog with them again. We were left with a cut open dog that required veterinary care and 8 staples. Don’t worry though - they will require you to still pay for the groom (which is the worst I’ve even seen and they left mats on the ears) and a $200+ dollar vet bill along with the inconvenience of caring for an injured dog and future vet visits for the staples. We were refunded the amount of the discounted groom ONLY and never contacted by an owner. Update: their response should tell you everything you need to know. A check for a discounted groom is a slap in the face for future reference.
