They are mean and rude here, we’ve went twice and both horrible experiences. Beware of this store go to Wet pets and Critters or Pet Smart. I can’t believe these people still have jobs as much as I saw Taylor yell at customers. One lady walked out right after he told her “can’t you see I’m doing something, you can wait or leave”. And I watched this poor lady wait 15 minutes before she even said something. Petco please evaluate your current employees, they are losing you customers.
