- ABAmy Brown6 days ago3.0This pet store is my least favorite in Longview. I honestly worry about the well being of their animals. The cages often are filthy and the animals seem uncared for. Their fish tanks are often nasty. The place has a overall "dirty" feel to it. Many of the animals seem to be pleading for adoption. It makes me sad and wanting to take home several. The employees are often goofing off and I have to hunt a employee down for help. The girl at the register is yelling a nickname out to her coworker to get a number for what Im purchasing. I also noticed they clip their birds wings at the top. Not all of them, but many. I bought one from them and I've had her now for going on 4 months and the baby still can't fly. Very sad leaving that store

Unfortunately she didn't make it. So we ended up with another cute hamster. This hamster was mean and just wanted to hide and bite. We knew that when getting her, but we hoped we could change that. But, once again, Petco was kind enough to swap us again for a friendlier pet. Thank you Petco.

I went in to pick up a preorder product and as she was retrieving it for me I let her know I was going to walk around to shop. She actually found me in the store with my package rather than wait for me to come back to the front. That was surprising for now a days with the work force. Very impressed.
