Hands down the best experience i have had in pet store! And I pet store ALOT. .. We have found thw team seems to be sad and lazy most of the timw acting as if u are a burden to them! Not on his case ! Clone that kid and give him a raise! Because we literally go elsewhere unless we have to go there due to the lack of care and help in that store ! Longview texas ! During my visit, I was strongly encouraged to purchase a second leopard gecko and was told it would be fine to house them together in the same terrarium. As a reptile owner, I later learned that cohabiting leopard geckos is strongly discouraged due to stress, competition, and health risks. Unfortunately, following this advice led to serious consequences for my original leopard gecko, who developed metabolic bone disease. This situation could have been avoided with proper, responsible guidance from a staff member who should be knowledgeable about reptile care. I’m sharing this review to warn other customers—especially first-time reptile owners—to do their own research and not rely solely on in-store advice. Selling an animal should never come before the animal’s health and well-being
