  Meghan did a great job with our dogs! Very patient and helpful explaining the process. We got update photos. Commutation throughout was great and the dogs smell wonderful

  Our 6 yr old GSD had never been professionally groomed and has anxiety around new people. They took amazing care of him! Can’t wait for our next appointment in 5 weeks!! Great experience!!

  Loved the convenience of not having to leave my home. My puppy looks so much better! Mikayla did a wonderful job and was communicative during the process. I liked that they send update pictures during the service as well as the information she gave me at the end on how well the process went. This was his first professional groom and we will use again.

  So DISAPPOINTED! BEFORE AND AFTER! Look at our puppy prior to being completely butchered by a groomer with this company. The last 3 photos are the finished product! Are you kidding me? There was no matting and all we wanted was a simple trim, teeth brushing and his nails filed down! We were charged $150 for this! It’s heartbreaking to do this someone’s pet and even suggest that we allow someone else to come out and fix it?!? That cannot be done without trimming his coat really short all over! Please do your customers a favor and make sure that your employees know what they are doing! This IS NOT THE TEDDY BEAR TRIM THAT WE SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR! I didn’t want to post this, but this was just wrong!
