Are you kidding me? There was no matting and all we wanted was a simple trim, teeth brushing and his nails filed down! We were charged $150 for this! It’s heartbreaking to do this someone’s pet and even suggest that we allow someone else to come out and fix it?!? That cannot be done without trimming his coat really short all over! Please do your customers a favor and make sure that your employees know what they are doing! This IS NOT THE TEDDY BEAR TRIM THAT WE SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR! I didn’t want to post this, but this was just wrong!
